Ron Milz

Head Pastor

Ron Milz was called to be the pastor of 4 Pillars Church.  After much prayer and seeking God's will he accepted the calling. He is a down to earth and a "what you see is what you get" kind of guy, who loves the Lord and preaches with passion and excitement through the Word! He always brings the Word of God to life and makes it practical and purposeful for each one listening.

Matt Thompson

Assistant Pastor

Matt Thompson has been a pastor and church planter for many years. He and his wife Angel are full of joy and encouragement to anyone they come in contact with. They love people and love Jesus! He is founder of 448 ministries and enjoys being involved with local ministries and outreach.

Avery Milz

Worship Pastor/ Youth Pastor

Avery has been leading or invloved with worship in church since he was in high school. He has a heart for worship, both through music and everyday life. Romans 12:1 - "Present yourselves as a living sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship."
He loves encouraging and teaching the youth group as they grow closer to God each day!
1 Timothy 4:12 - "Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather, in speech, conduct, love, faith and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe."

Scott Brown

Elder

Scott has a heart for the Lord and learning more about His word. He has a masters in theological studies and has written and published his own book.  Scott has been serving on the 4PC board from the beginning and faithfully serves the Lord each day!

Robbie McMackin

Elder

Robbie has come on staff with his wife Jenny to be our ministry directors. They have such a heart first and foremost for God and then for people that are hurting in the community. Their desire is that everyone they come in contact with would know the love of Christ and to encourage the family of believers that surround them.

Paul Errichetti

Elder

Paul recently moved to Surfside with his wife Julie and has been an amazing addition to our church family! You see his passion for the Lord and the gift of hospitality and encouragement as soon as you meet him. So excited to have him as part of our leadership!
